チャイポオンライン / Chaipo Online（以下「本アプリ」）
本規約は、らっこアプリ（開発者: RAITO SASAGAWA。以下「当方」）が提供する本アプリの利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。ランクマッチを初めて利用するときは、アプリ内で本規約への同意を求めます。本規約に定めのない事項には、Apple 社の標準エンドユーザ使用許諾契約（EULA）が適用されます。
本アプリは、オープンフェイス・チャイニーズポーカー（パイナップルOFC）を得点で競うカードゲームです。金銭・景品・換金できるポイントを賭ける機能は一切ありません。ゲーム内の得点・レート・スタミナは、現金や物品と交換できず、利用者間で譲渡することもできません。
ランクマッチで入力した名前は、対戦相手と世界ランキングで他の利用者に公開されます。オンライン対戦（ルームコードで遊ぶ対戦）で入力した名前は、同じ部屋の相手に表示されます。次の行為を禁止します。
当方は、保守、障害、外部サービス（Google Firebase 等）の停止、その他やむを得ない事情により、オンライン機能の全部または一部を予告なく変更・中断・終了することがあります。オンライン機能を終了する場合は、可能な限り事前にアプリ内またはこのページで告知します。
当方は、本アプリが中断なく動作すること、誤りがないことを保証しません。当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。ただし、消費者契約法その他の法令により免責が認められない場合は、その法令に従います。
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。重要な変更はアプリ内またはこのページで告知します。本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These terms govern your use of Chaipo Online (the "App") provided by Rakko Apps (developer: RAITO SASAGAWA, "we"). By using the App you agree to these terms; you are asked to accept them in the App before your first ranked match. Matters not covered here are governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
The App is an Open-Face Chinese Poker (Pineapple OFC) card game played for points. There is no betting or wagering of money, prizes, or anything redeemable. Points, ratings and stamina have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, and cannot be transferred between users.
The name you enter for ranked play is shown to your opponent and on the public World Ranking; the name you enter for online play (room-code games) is shown to the players in the same room. You must not: use names that are sexual, hateful, violent, threatening, harassing or otherwise objectionable; impersonate any person, organisation or our staff; put personal information, contact details or advertising in a name; manipulate ratings, stamina or results with modified apps or external programs, or repeatedly disconnect on purpose; or access our servers or data without authorisation or break the law.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. If we confirm a violation we may, without notice, remove or change the name, remove the player from the World Ranking, reset the rating, or suspend access to ranked play. Purchased stamina that becomes unusable as a result won't be restored in the app; refunds are handled under Apple's terms.
You can report and block any player from each World Ranking row, from the opponent's name during a match, and from the match result screen; in online play, from the other player's card in the waiting room and from their name during the game. Blocking immediately hides that player's name and ranking row; in ranked play you will also no longer be matched with them, while in online play it only hides the name, so leave the room to stop playing with them. We review reports within 24 hours and act as described in section 2. Names that receive a certain number of reports in ranked play may be hidden automatically before review. "Remove Ads" is a one-time non-consumable purchase and can be restored with the same Apple Account. "Stamina" is a consumable: it is added the moment you buy it, which completes delivery. Purchased stamina can exceed the normal cap of 5, never expires (the maximum balance is 999), and one is used per ranked match. Stamina can be used only inside the App; it cannot be exchanged for cash, goods or other services, transferred, or refunded except where required by law. Stamina is stored against an ID generated on your device; as a consumable it is not covered by "Restore Purchases", there is no device-transfer feature, and it may be lost if you delete the App. "Delete ranked data" on the Ranked match screen also deletes any remaining stamina, including purchased stamina, and it won't be restored in the app. Payments and refunds are handled under Apple's terms (reportaproblem.apple.com).
If no opponent is found within 30 seconds you play the CPU instead (with a smaller rating change). Leaving a match in progress counts as a loss and the stamina is not returned; if a match fails to start before cards are dealt, your rating is unchanged and the stamina is returned. If you disconnect during a match and do not return within 60 seconds, the match is recorded as a forfeit win for your opponent (a loss for you). If you close the App during a match, it is recorded as a loss the next time you open Ranked match (if the result had already been decided, that result is recorded instead). Ratings and rankings are computed from results sent by players' devices; we do not guarantee their accuracy and may delete or correct suspicious records. Ranked play and the World Ranking award no prizes or rewards, and ratings and tiers have no monetary value. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any manner with, the App's ranked play or World Ranking.
We may change, suspend or end online features without notice for maintenance, outages, third-party service changes or other unavoidable reasons, and will give notice where reasonably possible before ending them. The App is provided "as is". Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App. We may change these terms and will announce important changes in the App or on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
