本プライバシーポリシーは、話題サイコロ（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、開発者が氏名・住所・メールアドレスなどの個人情報を直接収集することはありません。
本アプリでは、話す相手や深さなどの設定、お気に入りに保存したお題、出題履歴、「答える人」として入力した名前をお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。これらが開発者のサーバーへ自動的に送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。
「答える人」の名前欄は任意の入力項目です。本名を入力する必要はなく、ニックネームでご利用いただけます。
アプリ内の「問い合わせ」からご意見・不具合の報告を送信された場合に限り、入力された本文と、そのときのアプリの設定内容（選択していた相手・深さ、お気に入りや履歴の件数など）、アプリのバージョンおよび送信日時が、開発者が管理する記録先へ送信されます。これは不具合の再現と改善のためだけに利用します。フォームには氏名・連絡先などの個人情報を入力しないようご案内しています。送信は完全に任意であり、フォームを使わなければ何も送信されません。
本アプリは、Google が提供する広告サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告（画面下部のバナー広告および、一定回数ごとに表示されるインタースティシャル広告）を表示します。AdMob は、広告の配信・効果測定のために、広告識別子（IDFA など）や端末情報、広告の操作データを収集することがあります。これらは Google のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
iOS では、アプリ利用時に「トラッキングの許可」（App Tracking Transparency）を確認します。これを許可しない選択も可能で、その場合でもアプリはご利用いただけます（表示される広告がよりあなたに最適化されにくくなる場合があります）。欧州経済領域等では、広告の同意管理のため Google のユーザーメッセージングプラットフォーム（UMP）による同意フォームを表示することがあります。
本アプリは、最新版のご案内のために Apple の公開情報（iTunes Lookup）へ、アプリの識別子のみを送信して公開バージョンを取得することがあります。個人を識別する情報は送信しません。
端末内に保存される設定・お気に入り・履歴は、本アプリの機能（出題の重複回避、お気に入りの表示、履歴の表示）のためだけに利用されます。広告関連で収集される情報は、広告の表示・最適化・不正防止・効果測定のために、上記の第三者（Google）によって利用されます。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。

This app does not require an account, and the developer does not directly collect personal information such as your name, address, or email address.
Settings, favorited questions, question history, and any names you enter for the "who answers" feature are stored only on your device and are never sent to the developer's servers automatically. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Only if you choose to send feedback through the in-app contact form, the text you write is sent to the developer together with your current in-app settings (selected audience and depth, counts of favorites and history), the app version, and a timestamp. This is used solely to reproduce issues and improve the app. You are asked not to enter personal information in the form. Using the form is entirely optional.
This app displays ads through Google AdMob (a bottom banner and periodic interstitials). AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (such as IDFA), device information, and ad interaction data for ad delivery and measurement, handled under Google's privacy policy. On iOS, the App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown; you may decline and still use the app. In the EEA and similar regions, a Google UMP consent form may be shown.
The app may query Apple's public iTunes Lookup endpoint with only the app identifier to determine the latest released version. No personally identifying information is sent.
This app is not directed to children under 13.
