本プライバシーポリシーは、殿さまの決断（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、開発者が氏名・住所・メールアドレスなどの個人情報を直接収集することはありません。

1. 端末内にのみ保存される情報

本アプリは、次の情報をお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。

• 遊びの途中経過（進行中の物語の状態）
• これまでに見た結末の記録（結末の図鑑に表示されるもの）
• 音の入/切の設定

2. 通信について

本アプリの遊びはすべて端末内で完結し、通信を行いません。通信が発生するのは、次の二つの場合だけです。

• 最新版のご案内のためのバージョン確認（下記 4.）
• お客様がご自身でお問い合わせフォームを送信したとき（下記 3.）

3. お問い合わせフォームで送信される情報

アプリ内の「お問い合わせ」を利用した場合、入力されたコメントと、不具合の再現のためにそのときのアプリの状態（表示していた画面、何手目か、兵力・金蔵・民心・家中の4つの値、アプリのバージョン、動作環境）が開発者へ送信され、開発者の管理するスプレッドシートに記録されます。個人情報の入力はお控えください。送信された内容はお問い合わせ対応の目的にのみ利用し、内容の確認・整理のために自動処理（AIによる要約・分類）を行う場合があります。フォームを送信しないかぎり、これらが送信されることはありません。

4. アップデートの確認について

本アプリは、最新版のご案内のために Apple の公開情報（iTunes Lookup）へ、アプリの識別子のみを送信して公開バージョンを取得することがあります。個人を識別する情報は送信しません。

5. 広告・課金について

本アプリは広告を表示しません。またアプリ内課金はありません。第三者の広告SDKや解析SDKは組み込んでいないため、広告識別子（IDFA）の取得やトラッキングは行いません。

6. 情報の利用目的

端末内に保存される情報は、本アプリの機能（進行状況の保存と設定の反映）のためだけに利用されます。

7. お子さまの利用について

戦国の若殿として家臣の進言や隣国の使者を右か左かで裁く物語です。架空の登場人物による創作で、流血や性的な表現は含まれません。賭け・チップ・換金の要素は一切なく、賭博を模した要素も含まれません。自由入力の投稿機能やチャットはありません。開発者が13歳未満のお子さまから個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

Privacy Policy

App: Tonosama no Ketsudan — Sengoku Swipe ／ Last updated: September 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in Tonosama no Ketsudan — Sengoku Swipe (the "App"). The App does not require account registration, and the developer does not directly collect personal information such as your name, address, or email address.

1. Information stored only on your device

The App stores the following only on your device. It is never sent to the developer's servers, and it is removed when you delete the App.

• Your in-progress run
• Which endings you have seen (shown in the endings collection)
• Sound on/off preference

2. Network use

All gameplay runs entirely on your device with no network access. The App communicates only for checking the latest published version (section 4) and sending the contact form when you choose to send it (section 3).

3. Information sent by the contact form

If you use the in-app contact form, your comment and the app state at that moment (current screen, turn number, the values of troop strength, treasury, public sentiment, and retainer loyalty, app version, and environment) are sent to the developer and recorded in a spreadsheet the developer manages. Please do not enter personal information. Submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and may be summarized or categorized by automated processing (AI).

4. Update check

The App may send only its own app identifier to Apple's public iTunes Lookup endpoint to learn the latest published version. No personally identifying information is sent.

5. Advertising and purchases

The App shows no advertising and offers no in-app purchases. No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs are included, so no advertising identifier (IDFA) is accessed and no tracking is performed.

6. Children

The App contains no blood, sexual content, gambling, wagering, or user-generated content. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
