本プライバシーポリシーは、Lead the Way（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、開発者が氏名・住所・メールアドレスなどの個人情報を直接収集することはありません。

1. 端末内に保存される情報

ゲームの進行状況、設定（言語・サウンドのオン/オフ・広告削除の購入状態）は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。これらの情報が開発者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。

2. 広告について（第三者による情報収集）

本アプリは、Google が提供する広告サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示します。AdMob は、広告の配信・効果測定のために、広告識別子（IDFA など）や端末情報、広告の操作データを収集することがあります。これらは Google のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

iOS では、アプリ起動時に「トラッキングの許可」（App Tracking Transparency）を確認します。これを許可しない選択も可能で、その場合でもアプリはご利用いただけます（表示される広告がよりあなたに最適化されにくくなる場合があります）。

3. アプリ内課金について

本アプリには「広告を消す」アプリ内課金（買い切り）があります。決済は Apple の App Store（StoreKit）を通じて行われ、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を開発者が受け取ることはありません。購入情報は Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

4. 情報の利用目的

収集される情報（主に広告関連）は、広告の表示・最適化・不正防止・効果測定のために、上記の第三者（Google、Apple）によって利用されます。

5. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層（13歳未満など）を主な対象としていません。お子様が本アプリを利用される場合は、保護者の方の管理のもとでご利用ください。

6. 利用者の選択

• iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」で、トラッキングの許可を管理できます。
• アプリ内の「広告を消す」を購入すると、広告は表示されなくなります。

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in Lead the Way (the “App”). The App does not require an account, and the developer does not directly collect personal information such as your name, address, or email.

1. Information stored on your device

Your game progress and settings (language, sound on/off, ad-removal purchase status) are stored only on your device. This information is never sent to the developer’s servers and is removed when you delete the App.

2. Advertising (third-party data collection)

The App displays ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (such as the IDFA), device information, and ad-interaction data to deliver and measure ads, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.

On iOS, the App asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. You may decline, and the App will still work (ads may be less personalized).

3. In-app purchases

The App offers a one-time “Remove Ads” in-app purchase. Payments are processed by Apple’s App Store (StoreKit); the developer never receives your payment details. Purchase information is handled under Apple’s privacy policy.

4. How information is used

The information collected (mainly ad-related) is used by the third parties above (Google, Apple) to display and optimize ads, prevent fraud, and measure performance.

5. Children’s privacy

The App is not primarily directed at a specific age group such as children under 13. If a child uses the App, please ensure a parent or guardian supervises its use.

6. Your choices

• Manage tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Purchase “Remove Ads” in the App to stop seeing ads.
