「Poker Equity Calc」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ポーカー（テキサスホールデム）の勝率（エクイティ）を計算するツールです。本アプリの開発者は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。
本アプリの計算機能はすべて端末内（オフライン）で動作し、開発者が利用者の個人情報をサーバーへ収集・送信することはありません。アカウント登録は不要です。
表示言語などのアプリ設定のみを、端末内のローカル領域（iOSの UserDefaults）に保存します。端末外には送信されず、アプリを削除すると消去されます。
本アプリは、Google の広告サービス「AdMob」によるバナー広告を表示します。AdMob は広告配信・測定のために、広告識別子（IDFA）や端末情報等を収集・利用する場合があります。これらは Google のプライバシーポリシーおよびポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
iOS では、トラッキングの可否を「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」または App Tracking Transparency のダイアログで管理できます。許可しない場合でも広告は表示されますが、関連性は低下する場合があります。
本アプリは開発者による個人情報の収集を行いません。広告は第三者（Google）が配信します。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページで告知します。

"Poker Equity Calc" (the "App") is a tool for calculating poker (Texas Hold'em) equity. We respect your privacy.
All calculation features run entirely on your device (offline). The developer does not collect or transmit your personal information to any server. No account is required.
Only app settings (such as display language) are stored locally on your device (iOS UserDefaults). This never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the App.
The App displays banner ads via Google's AdMob service. AdMob may collect and use an advertising identifier (IDFA) and device information to deliver and measure ads, handled under Google's policies:
On iOS you can manage tracking via App Tracking Transparency (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking). Ads are still shown if you decline, but may be less relevant.
The developer collects no personal information; ads are served by a third party (Google).
This policy may be updated as needed; significant changes will be posted on this page.
