本プライバシーポリシーは、ポーカーディール計算機（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、開発者が氏名・住所・メールアドレスなどの個人情報を直接収集することはありません。本アプリに広告はありません。
本アプリは、次の情報をお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。
本アプリの計算はすべて端末内で完結し、通信を行いません。通信が発生するのは、次の二つの場合だけです。
本アプリは、最新版のご案内のために Apple の公開情報（iTunes Lookup）へ、アプリの識別子のみを送信して公開バージョンを取得することがあります。個人を識別する情報は送信しません。
アプリ内の「メニュー → 問い合わせ」を利用した場合、入力されたコメントと、不具合の再現のためにそのときのアプリの状態（プレイヤー数、賞金の数、分け方、通貨の設定、アプリのバージョン、動作環境）が開発者へ送信され、開発者の管理するスプレッドシートに記録されます。プレイヤー名や金額そのものは送信されません。個人情報の入力はお控えください。送信された内容はお問い合わせ対応の目的にのみ利用し、内容の確認・整理のために自動処理（AIによる要約・分類）を行う場合があります。フォームを送信しないかぎり、これらが送信されることはありません。
端末内に保存される情報は、本アプリの機能（入力内容の復元）のためだけに利用されます。
本アプリは、ポーカートーナメントの賞金の分け方を計算する電卓です。賭けを行う機能、チップや金銭のやり取り、換金の要素はありません。自由入力の投稿機能やチャットはありません。開発者が13歳未満のお子さまから個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

App: Poker Deal Calculator ／ Last updated: September 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in Poker Deal Calculator (the "App"). The App does not require account registration, and the developer does not directly collect personal information such as your name, address, or email address. The App contains no advertising.
The App stores the prizes, player names, stacks, and settings you enter only on your device, so they can be restored next time. They are never sent to the developer's servers, and they are removed when you delete the App.
All calculations run entirely on your device with no network access. The App communicates only for: checking the latest published version (section 3), and sending the contact form when you choose to send it (section 4).
The App may send only its own app identifier to Apple's public iTunes Lookup endpoint to learn the latest published version. No personally identifying information is sent.
If you use the in-app contact form, your comment and the app state at that moment (number of players and prizes, split method, currency setting, app version, environment) are sent to the developer and recorded in a spreadsheet the developer manages. Player names and amounts are not sent. Please do not enter personal information. Submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and may be summarized or categorized by automated processing (AI).
The App is a calculator for splitting tournament prize money. It contains no wagering, no exchange of chips or money, no gambling, and no user-generated content. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
