本プライバシーポリシーは、英語づめこみ（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、開発者が氏名・住所・メールアドレスなどの個人情報を直接収集することはありません。
本アプリでは、読み上げの設定（速さ・くり返し回数・間の長さなど）、選んでいる学習パックと再生位置、苦手マークをつけたカード、聞いた枚数の記録をお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。これらが開発者のサーバーへ自動的に送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。
アプリ内の「問い合わせ」からご意見・不具合の報告を送信された場合に限り、入力された本文と、そのときのアプリの状態（選択中のパック、聞いた枚数、読み上げの速さ、購入状態）、アプリのバージョンおよび送信日時が、開発者が管理する記録先へ送信されます。これは不具合の再現と改善のためだけに利用します。フォームには氏名・連絡先などの個人情報を入力しないようご案内しています。送信は完全に任意であり、フォームを使わなければ何も送信されません。
本アプリは、Google が提供する広告サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示します。表示するのは、画面下部のバナー広告、20枚を読み終えたときの全画面広告（インタースティシャル広告）、およびロック中の学習パックを一時的にひらくときの動画広告（リワード広告）です。AdMob は、広告の配信・効果測定のために、広告識別子（IDFA など）や端末情報、広告の操作データを収集することがあります。これらは Google のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

iOS では、アプリの起動後に「トラッキングの許可」を確認する画面が表示されることがあります。許可しない場合でも本アプリはすべての機能をご利用いただけます（表示される広告が、より関連性の低いものになります）。許可の状態は、iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
本アプリの「フル解放」は Apple の App Store を通じた買い切りのアプリ内課金です。決済は Apple が処理し、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を開発者が受け取ることはありません。購入したかどうかの判定は Apple の StoreKit を通じて行われます。
読み上げは、お使いの端末に搭載された音声合成機能で行われます。読み上げた内容が開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象として個人情報を収集する設計ではありません。13歳未満のお子様が利用される場合は、保護者の方の管理のもとでご利用ください。

This policy explains how information is handled in the app "英語づめこみ" (the "App"). The App requires no account registration, and the developer does not directly collect personal information such as your name, address, or email address.
Playback settings, the selected study pack and position, cards you marked as difficult, and the number of cards you have listened to are stored only on your device. They are not automatically sent to the developer's servers, and they are removed when you delete the App.
Only when you choose to send a message from the in-app contact form, the text you enter, the app state at that time (selected pack, cards listened, playback speed, purchase state), the app version, and the timestamp are sent to a record kept by the developer. This is used solely to reproduce and fix problems. Sending is entirely optional.
The App displays ads through Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the screen, an interstitial after finishing a set of 20 cards, and a rewarded video used to temporarily unlock a locked study pack. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (such as IDFA), device information, and ad interaction data for ad delivery and measurement, handled under Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). On iOS you may be asked to allow tracking; the App remains fully usable if you decline.
"Full Unlock" is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer never receives your payment details. Ownership is verified through Apple's StoreKit.
Speech is produced by the text-to-speech engine built into your device. Spoken content is not sent to the developer's servers.
The App is not designed to collect personal information from any specific age group. Children under 13 should use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
